Miles Kent is a lover of all things westerns. His earliest memories are watching reruns of Gunsmoke and the Rifleman.
An avid reader a heart, he decided to craft stories of his own. With the encouragement of his lovely wife, he set out writing short stories which soon became novels.
As a lover of the old west, Miles Kent grew up watching reruns of timeless classics like Gunsmoke and The Rifleman and any movie with John Wayne. Fueled by a passion for the west and the works of western authors such as Louis L’Amour, Zane Grey and contemporary writers such as Cormac McCarthy, Elmore Leonard, and fellow self-published authors such as C.J. Petit and R. O. Lane, he began crafting his own stories.
With the support of his lovely wife and daughter, Miles turned his story ideas into full-fledged western novels. The outlaws will be brought to justice, good will prevail, and romance will find its place.
For Miles, the western genre reigns supreme, offering adventures, outlaws, and the timeless conflict of Good Vs. Evil. His novels aim to transport readers back to the days of the wild west, giving them an entertaining journey for a day or two. Miles hopes his novels will captivate readers, just as much as they did writing them.
